We’re pleased that David Drew MP will be in Cam on Sunday 20 October to talk to Labour Party members and strong supporters about what is currently happening in Parliament, our party’s vision for the future and why he is so passionate about securing a Labour government. This will also be an opportunity for Labour Party members to find out about our strategy of how to win the next General Election in this constituency and how you can be involved. Join us at 2pm at the Woodfield Youth and Community centre in Frederick Thomas Road, with free parking outside. There will be tea and cake and the meeting will end at 4pm.

The General Election could be called anytime. Come along to this mass meeting to hear from David but also to find out about our plan and to get involved in this once in a lifetime opportunity to beat Boris Johnson and deliver a Labour Party government for the many.

We had a fantastic people powered election campaign in 2017, with a ‘shop’ in Dursley where we organised and campaigned – winning back David Drew as our MP. Now we need to prepare again. Last election we won by just 687 votes and the Tories will fight us even harder this time around. Keeping this constituency will also be essential to securing a Labour government. This is a family friendly event. There will be free refreshments including tasty cake and craft activities for children.
